General Policy

• Customized or Personalized Items

  • Customized or personalized 3D-printed items (e.g., items with names, logos, or unique designs) are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We strongly encourage you to review all customization details carefully before placing your order.

• Non-Custom Items

  • Non-customized items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original, unused condition.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective:
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.

Process for Returns

• Email us at admin@thepastrykitchen.net with your order number and reason for return.
• If eligible, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exceptions

• Wear and Tear: Items damaged due to regular wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Color or Print Variations: Slight color variations or minor surface imperfections are normal for 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.

• For larger or custom orders, processing may take longer. Estimated processing times will be provided at checkout or via email.

Shipping Options and Costs

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally! Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
• Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• We work with reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives on time. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs clearance).

• Multiple Items: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.
• PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses; however, delivery times may vary.
